Suggestions | Complaints
The improvement or adaptation of the services in IPO-Porto is only possible with the contribution of those who, day by day, use these services. Thus, whenever you wish to make a compliment/complaint, you should go to the Patient Support Office.
In the Patient Support Office you may fill the form in the Compliments book or in the Complaints book. You also have the option of writing a letter directly to the IPO-Porto Management Board, to the address: Rua Dr. António Bernardino de Almeida, 4200-072, Porto.
All the compliments/complaints and suggestions will be forwarded and dealt with as best as possible and have the right of reply, being registered in the Complaints and Suggestions Management System (as long as they are identified with the complainant’s ID card number or the citizens card number). To make a suggestion, you should use the Suggestions Boxes distributed on the External Consultations area (3rd floor, Main Building).

In case the reply to your complaint does not meet your expectations, you may contact the Management Board directly, by letter, through the abovementioned address.
